KARACHI: Prominent religious scholar Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman on Saturday said that the blasphemy of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), his Companions (R.A) and the Ahle Bait cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.
We are not against any religion or sect, we respect everyone and everyone should respect us. We will not accept any threats and will not give up our mission to protect religion, continuing our movement in a peaceful a manner.
Mufti Muneeb suggested to add the section of a sect with the religion box in the census form, adding every thing will clear.
The prime minister had announced that a strict action will be taken against those who insulted holy religious figures but nothing happened. Instead the accused were facilitated to flee abroad, he added.
