Imran Khan calls upon nation to protect freedom, democracy

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has warned that a major gas crisis would occur in the upcoming winter season.

However, the prime minister hoped that the production of gas would be enhanced.

He was addressing a seminar organised by the Petroleum Division.

Had we brought the key issues under discussion, there would have been no energy crisis today in the country. Unfortunately, we have never held a debate on the national issues in the country, the premier said.

“We want that a national-level debate should be held on major national issues,” he added.
