Marriage halls, restaurants to remain closed for 5 days in twin cities during SCO Summit

KARACHI: The Sindh government has decided to keep beauty parlors, wedding halls, shrines and parks closed due to the coronavirus.

The Sindh government has issued a new order regarding coronavirus SOPs under which cinemas, beauty parlors, wedding halls, shrines, parks will remain closed while sports activities will also be banned.

According to the notification, the working hours of government offices have been restored to normal and business hours will be from 6 am to 8 pm while business will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays across the province. Attendance of employees has been enhanced from 20 per cent to 50.

The notification said that hotels and restaurants will be allowed till 12 noon while the dine-in-table service will also be banned.
