ISLAMABAD: Bangladeshi political councilor Moushumi Rehman has left Pakistan after she had been declared as Persona non grata due to anti Pakistan activities.
As per details, Moushumi Rehman was declared as Persona non grata due to anti Pakistan activities. It is pertinent to mention here that a Pakistani envoy was also expelled from Bangladesh last month.
Pakistan’s Foreign Office on Wednesday ordered a Bangladesh’s woman diplomat to leave the country within next 72 hours. According to the details FO has issued an order of the Bangladeshi diplomat Moushumi Rehman expulsion.
Moushumi has been asked to leave on “violation of diplomatic norms”. The move came two weeks after Pakistan recalled its female diplomat from Dhaka after she was accused of unlawful activities, a charge which FO rejected as ‘baseless’.
