QUETTA: Uproar over Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) supremo Altaf Hussain speech of Thursday night continued as Baluchistan Assembly approved unanimous resolution against the anti army and inflammatory speech on Saturday.
The resolution was presented by provincial home minister Sarfaraz Bugti, Jafar Mandokhel and Rehman Baloch.
The resolution was approved unanimously. It said that anti army statement tantamount to treason and the MQM chief should be tried under 6 of the constitution.
The resolution stated that the military has rendered sacrifices and talking against it is not fair.
He also said that strict action should be taken against the MQM chief as he has tried to disgrace army.
Some also demanded ban on the MQM.
On Friday, Army Spokesman also strongly criticized the MQM chief and hinted legal action against the MQM head.
