KARACHI: The Federal Investigation Agency’s team has brought Abdul Rahman alias Bhola to Jinnah International Airport in Karachi from Bangkok, sources said on Tuesday.

Rahman alias Bhola is one of the main accused in Baldia factory inferno case which claimed more than 250 lives.

According to sources, the FIA will start initial investigation and then hand over Bhola to authorities.

On the other hand, under custody target killer Yousaf alias Gadha Gari on Tuesday claimed that Sector Incharge Asghar Baig was ‘central character’ in Baldia factory fire that left over 250 workers dead and numerous wounded.

According to details, the suspect revealed that sector incharge’s brother Ashraf Baig who was a manager in the factory and his nephew Yasir Baig were also involved in the blaze.

Yousaf Gadha Gari said that his close companion Rehman Bhola arranged a camp for three days to recover bodies from factory while he also exposed that they had murdered 16 people.

He also confessed to killing of five Awami National Party (ANP) workers and two brothers at Turk Market on the directives of Asghar Baig.

The claims of Yousaf alias Gadha Gari are considered important in investigation from Rehman Bhola who was arrested by Bangkok Crime Suppression Division (CSD) in Thailand over Yousaf’s snitch.

Earlier, Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team had met with Interpol officials and handed over the necessary documents to bring back Rehman Bhola, key suspect of Baldia factory fire.
