In form Babar Azam is all set to overtake Indian skipper Virat Kohli as superstar batsman could become the quickest batsman ever to achieve number 1 rank in ODIs.
If the 23-year-old score another ton today (Wednesday), he will overtake Kohli as number 1 batsman in the world which will be the quickest ever.
Former Indian captain MS Dhoni achieved this feat in 2008 when he reached Number 1 ODI rankings.
Currently Babar Azam is at sixth place in the ICC rankings with 786 points while Virat Kohil is leading the chart with 887 points, flowed by Australian skipper Steven Smith with 865.
