Islamabad: Minister for Industries and Production Hammad Azhar has announced to reopen the auto industry from Monday.
Briefing the media alongside Prime Minister Imran Khan, the federal minister said that the decision to reopen the auto industry had been taken after consultation with all the stakeholders.
He said that car showrooms would also reopen from Monday.
Speaking on the occasion, Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood said that the decision to promote the school and college students had been made after consultation while the internet connectivity was an hurdle in holding online classes.
Special Assistant to the PM Sania Nishter said that cash aid had been distributed among 85,00000 families under the Ehsaas Emergency Program.
She added that Ehsaas Program had the support of entire cabinet. We had received 34,00000 applications, which are being scrutinised, she said.
