Former Australian cricketer and commentator David Boon has stepped down from the cricket match referee.
Australia’s David Boon has stepped down from the ICC match referee panel and has now become a board member of Cricket Australia.
Cricket Australia has appointed David Boon to a vacant position on the board, former batter David Boon will join the Cricket Australia board on March 28.
David Boon, who represented Australia from 1984 to 1996, is currently serving in the Champions Trophy.
