KARACHI: An Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday indicted chief of banned People’s Aman Committee Uzair Baloch and Ameen Bulaedi in explosives recovery case. However, the accused pleaded not guilty.
The ATC heard the case of explosive recovery from head of the banned PAC Uzair Baloch and Amin Bulaedi. The court charge-sheeted both the accused in the case and they pleaded not guilty and opted to contest the case.
Upon this, the court issued notices to prosecution witnesses and Investigation Officer and summoned them on the next date of hearing for recording of evidence against the accused.
