KARACHI: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi on Monday indicted sector in charge of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in Lyari Amir alias Sar Phata in explosives possession case.
The hearing of the case was conducted in Karachi Central Jail Complex. The accused, however, refused to plead guilty in the case. The court after hearing arguments summoned the witnesses on the next hearing.
A case is registered against the suspect in Gulshan Iqbal police station. He was arrested by Rangers on March 11, 2015 from Nine Zero. On the identification of the suspect, police recovered explosive material from a vacant plot.
