QUETTA: At least two persons, a prayer leader among them, were killed and 12 others injured in a blast that took place in a mosque in Pashtunabad area here on Friday.
Sources said that the blast occurred at Rehmania mosque during the Friday prayers.
Security forces have cordoned off the area after the blast that also caused damage to vehicles and window panes of nearby buildings.
Three of the injured are in critical condition, hospital sources said.
Police said that planted device was used to carry out the blast.
