LAHORE: Former Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq has said that if 150 members of the National Assembly resign, then the Assembly cannot function.
Talking to media outside the anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Friday, Ayaz Sadiq said that those who were talking about the players playing on both sides of the wicket would be doing so themselves. No such thing happened in the CEC of PML-N.
He said that if 150 members of the assembly resigned then the assembly could not function and no legislation could be enacted without opposition.
The former speaker said that after the resignations, the members will not sit at the houses as long march and resignation is our options.
