KARACHI: Army Chief Gen Raheel Sharif has reached Karachi after cancelling his Sri Lanka’s three-days visit in wake of heinous terrorist attack in the metropolis which killed 45 people.
The Army Chief will chair a meeting over law and security situation of the megacity. DG Rangers Sindh Bilal Akbar and Corps Commander Karachi Left Gen Naveed Mukhtar will brief him latest security situation of the city.
Sources said that it is decided to take strict actions to end terrorism from the city.
Earlier, the Army Chief had cancelled his pre-scheduled Sri Lanka visit after the deadly attack on a bus in Karachi.
