APS massacre, Dhaka fall exposed evil face of India: Liaquat Baloch

KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Secretary General Liaquat Baloch has said that Dhaka fall was the worst tragedy after the collapse of Khilafat-e-Usmania and Baghdad.

While addressing to a conference on Dhaka fall and Army Public School (APS) massacre in Lahore, he said that the ruling class, political, religious scholars and masses have not taken any lesson from the tragedies.

Balouch was of the view that APS massacre had united the Nation over National Action Plan. He said that the Peshawar massacre had unveiled the evil face of India.

He paid rich tribute to the arm forces for their sacrifices for restoration of peace and tackling internal and external threats. Balouch said that the country was once again on the target of the enemies. Balouch said that Islamists were being executed in Bangladesh because they wanted the domination of Islam in the state and not agreed to transform Bangladesh into Indian colony.

He criticized the rulers over their alleged silence over Indian conspiracies. He said that the whole Nation is united on the ideology of Islam but the liberalism and secularism were being imposed on us by the state machinery. Balouch said that the elimination of terrorism was compulsory for the betterment of the country and the Nation.

The JI leader warned the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif not to be trapped in Indian net. He stressed the government to safeguard and unite the Nation on the base of Ideology of Pakistan.

Senior journalist Altaf Hasan Qureshi and others were also addressed the conference.
