Ameen Gandapur enters women polling station ‘in drunken state’: report

District Police Officer (DPO) released probe report regarding Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) finance minister Ameen Gandapur that stated ‘the minister enters in women polling station in drunken state.’

DPO released investigation report of mismanagement occurred in Himmat Adda polling station in Dera Ismail Khan during Local Bodies’ election held on May 30 across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

The report said that ‘drunk’ Gandapur entered in women polling station and mishandled women electoral staff while he tore uniform of on-duty Station House Officer (SHO) on the incident’s spot.

According to report, the accused provincial minister has not contacted him while he was accompanied by Returning Officer (RO) when arrived inside the polling booth.
