Altaf dissolves MQM’s Karachi Rabita Committee

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain dissolved the party’s co-ordination committee in the early hours of Thursday.

The committee members are not only dismissed but are also told to stay away from the party headquarters ‘Nine Zero’.

MQM chief further asked the senior party workers who think themselves as capable of carrying out the responsibilities in a befitting manner can submit their bio-data and other details in the party head office.

The statement released by the party says that the Rabita Committee was dismissed as they failed to carry out their responsibilities despite promising to carry out the same time and again while the decision about  Rabita Committee’s London chapter will be announced soon.

The party has announced that Kaif-ul-Wara, Abdul Haseeb and Arif Khan Advocate will remain the part of Karachi Committee.
