PESHAWAR: Khyber Paktunkhwa (KP) Home Secretary on Wednesday confirmed that all dead bodies were recovered after rescue operation conducted by military, law enforcement agencies and rescue teams.
The process for transfer of dead bodies was also completed till late night while all were shifted to Ayub Medical Complex.
On the other hand, the rescuers of Pakistan Army and volunteers have recovered 36 bodies from the debris of Pakistan Airlines International flight PK-661 that crashed near Havelian.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, rescue work at the crash site was in progress and 36 bodies had been recovered from the debris.
500 troops along with necessary equipment and machinery were engaged in the search operation.
