Karachi: Under disinfecting drive of government and private educational institutions, the Al-Khidmat on first day of resumption educational activity, distributed hand senitisers and masks among the students and administration of several institutions.
The Al-Khidmat volunteers disinfected departments and offices of Karachi University and other institutions and distributed face masks among the students.
Secondary, higher secondary and university level institutions in Karachi had reopened on Tuesday after closure of nearly six months in the wake of Coronavirus.
Meanwhile, The chief executive of Al-Khidmat, Saleem Azhar welcomed the opening of institutions and advised the teaching staff and students to strictly follow rules given under the standard operating procedure.
Banners inscribed with preventive instructions to keep safe from Covid-19 have already been placed at the educational institutions by Al-Khidmat.
