After Cristiano Ronaldo, the terror group ISIS now issue threats for Spanish international Marco Asensio in Morphed Posters.
The 21-year-old appears to have been targeted for posting an image of his “Cultural visit” to Israel in early October during a match between Spain and Israel.
An image posted on the SITE Intelligence Group website, a counterterrorism organization, shows Asensio held captive by the group, ready for execution, with a backdrop of the Krestovski Stadium in St. Petersburg.
The image is accompanied by a text calling the player a Zionist.
“Marco Asensio is Zionist,” further adding, “Disgrace for you crusaders and Jews.”
Asensio appears to have been targeted for posting an image of his “Cultural visit” to Israel in early October during a match between Spain and Israel.
The organization had already circulated such threatening messages with the photo montages of other prominent soccer players such as Neymar and Lionel Messi.
