Qureshi asks PTI leadership to visit his jail too if they have time

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Friday said that the Afghan peace process had entered into the final phase.

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the foreign minister said that the talks on the Afghan peace process were underway in Doha, Qatar. The peace process has entered into the last phase. Purpose of the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to Kabul was to send the same message. Pakistan will continue its full cooperation in this connection, the foreign minister added.

He added that the aim of the Kabul visit was to widen the Pak-Afghan bilateral relations. We had important sittings with the Afghan leadership to enhance the bilateral economic cooperation, Qureshi further said.
