LAHORE: Sirajul Haq, the ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami has said that the country is currently suffering from economic crisis, political turmoil and moral decay while the effects of the new federal budget are more dangerous for the people than the fourth wave of Coronavirus.
In a statement, Siraj-ul-Haq said that the will and order of the IMF has endangered the independence and future of the country and the effects of the new budget have led to a steady rise in inflation.
He said that the government seems to have completely failed to address the issue like unemployment, inflation and loadshedding, adding that the three-year performance of the government has deepened the sense of shock and embarrassment of the people.
