ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that an attempt being made to paralyze the parliament.

Speaking to the media here on Wednesday, he said that a man was under trail but he was put behind the bars.

Abbasi said that the voice of Shehbaz Sharif, who is opposition leader in the National Assembly, was being silenced by putting him in jail.

He said that the NAB, anti-corruption and courts are silent, asking PM Imran Khan to answer who had taken Rs700 million from a newly-elected senator?
