SARGODHA: A man was gunned down while two others sustained bullets injuries in an incident of firing in Bhalwal police limits on Saturday.
Police sources said that Ghulam Muhammad resident of Kot Miana had old enmity with Zulfiqar Ranjha group over litigation.
On the day of incident Ghulam Muhammad along with his two companions Mazhar and Sikandar were heading towards home after attending court proceeding on a car when his opponents Zulfiqar Ranjha and others sprayed bullets on the vehicle as a result all the three sustained bullets injuries.
The injured were shifted to the DHQ hospital in serious condition, where Ghulam Muhammad succumbed to his injuries.
Police have registered cases against 16 accused and started investigation.
