Al-Khidmat starts welfare activities for heat-stroke masses in Karachi

KARACHI: Al-Khidmat, a welfare organization of Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) has started its relief activities for the people who have been suffered by heat-strokes.

According to details, Al-Khidmat has organized heat-stroke camps at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Complex (JPMC) and Landhi Center adding that towels, cold water bottles are also being provided to the patients in Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK).

The coffin carriage under the services of Al-Khidmat would work round the clock and also make arrangements to provide coffin for the heirless bodies.

Meanwhile, Al-Khidmat also installed filtration plants on 12 different spots in Karachi where clean potable water is being provided to the masses.

As per press handout, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Chapter Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman would visit to CHK today and inquire about the health of affected persons.
