MELBOURNE: Manager Pakistan cricket team Waseem Bari has said that he was in contact with the Cricket Australia in connection with the security of the green-shirts.

Barri said that he had been briefed on a security plan by the Australian authorities.

He said that players were not worried and things were going smoothly.

The manager said that all the players were only focusing on the Boxing Day Test.

Earlier on Thursday night police had disrupted a terrorist plot to detonate improvised explosive devices at locations in central Melbourne, possibly on Christmas Day.
