ISLAMABAD: Federal Minster for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali said on Monday that there is no load shedding in the country and the power outages are a conspiracy against federal government.

Speaking to media in Islamabad, Ali said that the government is providing additional power to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province according to the agreement but the responsibility of load management falls upon KP minister.

About the frequent power outages in Karachi, he held the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) responsible.

The minister did not spare MQM and said that MQM chief Altaf Hussain cannot feel the pain of Karachi’s poor populace by sitting in London.
