ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Friday observed that the Panama case will be reheard as he was set to retire from the office on Dec 30.
The Chief Justice added that if he cleared all the documents then other party would object that they were not given a chance to defend.
“I am retiring on Dec 30 and after that will not be a part of any bench following the full court reference,” he observed.
