ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has adjourned hearing of the Panama case until Dec 9.
PTI’s lawyer Naeem Bukhari prayed the court that they have no objection on forming a commission for Panama case but all departments come under the government jurisdiction.
He prayed the court to grant his clients one day time to decide about this.
To this, the court said that the commission will be headed by a Supreme Court judge.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing until Dec 9.
Earlier on the day, the Supreme Court had asked the parties to the Panama case to consult with their clients whether the court gives its verdict or form a commission.
