KARACHI: A fire broke out in a garment factory near Karachi’s SITE area in the wee hours of Friday.
According to details, 18 fire tenders and five water bowsers are taking part in the fire-fighting operation to put out fire that broke out on the third floor of a the factory near Naurus Chowrangi. The blaze has been declared of ‘third degree’.
The power supply of the factory was immediately disconnected as the fire engulfed part of the building.
No worker was present inside the factory at the time of incident.
