ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Thursday said that newly-elected United States president Donald Trump will not save Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif (PM) from Panama Leaks scandal.
In a Twitter post, Imran Khan said that it’s good for politics that Donald Trump has talked to PM Nawaz.
“Good news is Trump spoke to Nawaz Sharif. Bad news for NS is this won’t save him from Panama scandal – not even if a Trump letter arrived”.
Earlier, PM Nawaz telephoned Donald Trump Wednesday and congratulated him over winning election. The premier had invited the President designate to visit Pakistan.
