ISLAMABAD: Leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) have rejected new documents presented by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) as evidence for Panama Leaks case by denying any truth to those on Monday.

Daniyal Aziz and Muhammad Zubair addressing a joint press conference Monday during which they said that PTI’s ‘evidence’ proves that the political party did not have anything as proof against premier’s family until November 15.

Federal Minister for Privatization, Zubair demanded Imran Khan to be held accountable for his alleged unaccounted-for wealth and asked him to explain why he allegedly concealed his offshore company.

He asserted that Hamid Khan was handed over the case without providing him evidence.

He alleged Imran Khan’s confidants of corruption and questioned the basis of his anti-corruption rhetoric. Muhammad Zubair accused secretary general of PTI, Jahangir Tareen of inside trading during his tenure as minister.

He demanded to hold Imran Khan accountable for establishing an offshore company and concealing an apartment.

Daniyal Aziz said that Imran Khan led a ‘theatre act’ in Raiwind but proof neither against the premier nor his family surfaced. He said that the book which was quoted as evidence in Panama Leaks case talked about recipes of buttermilk and carrot pudding.

Jahangir Tareen’s cook, ‘Haji Khan’ is declared owner of around Rs 37 million in documents and he should produce him before the public, Daniyal Aziz demanded.
