LAHORE: An accused gunned down a woman over marriage feud here on Monday. The people held the murderer and gave him in police custody after sound thrash.
Police said that accused Asif over marriage feud gunned down his relative woman Ramazan Bibi 25, in Burki Hadyara area of the provincial capital Lahore. The body of killed woman was shifted to hospital where it was handed over to heirs after postmortem.
Police said that the murdered woman was earlier engaged with the accused Asif but due to some family disputes she got married with another person from which she had two children.
