KHUZDAR: The Frontier Corps (FC) and sensitive agencies personnel recovered two maunds of explosive material, detonators, remote controls and ammunition from a compound here on Saturday.
Reacting to an intelligence tip-off, the FC and sensitive agencies personnel jointly raided a compounded stated to be used by a banned outfit in Khuzdar.
The FC spokesman said that 80 kilogram of explosives, detonators, remote controls and ammunition from the compound, however, no arrest could be made.
The security personnel confiscated the recovered explosives and other weaponry and started efforts to arrest the culprits using the compound for storing the explosives which was used for terror activities in the province.
