ISLAMABAD: The total liquid foreign exchange reserves held by the country stood at US$ 24,153.4 million as compared to last week.
A statement issued by the State Bank of Pakistan on Thursday said during the week ending on November 4, country’s total reserves decreased by US$ 36 million to US$ 24,153 million.
According the break-up, foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan was recorded at US$ 19,075.9 million, whereas net foreign reserves held by commercial banks at US$ 5,077.5 million.
The decrease in reserves was due to payments on account of external debt servicing.
