KARACHI: East Zone Police conducted raids in different areas of Karachi and arrested 61 suspected criminals in last 24 hours.
DIG East Muneer Shaikh while talking to media claimed that the suspects arrested during the raids include five most wanted criminals.
Earlier, three suspected criminals were nabbed as law enforcement agencies carried out a search operaion in Abbas Town area of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town after ordering a power cut in the area.
Three robbbers namely Baqir, Johny and Maarif were taken into custody during the operation. The criminals are said to have killed a citizen during a robbery attempt near Gulshan Chowrangi.
