ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday said that India cannot bear the successful completion of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor and the nation shall beat all conspiracies hatched against the vital project.
Addressing convocation of ‘National Security and War Course’ at National Defence University at Islamabad, Hussain said the government is making sincere efforts for the revival of economy and ensuring internal security through flushing out terrorists.
The President said the government is committed to materialize the dream of peace and prosperity of the people but unity of the nation is vital to achieve this goal.
He said the nation must stand by with the government and armed forces to overcome the challenges being faced by the country.
Mamnoon claimed that many other countries have also expressed reservations on this corridor which are baseless and of no value as the government is committed to complete it with all seriousness as the project is of vital importance for bright future of Pakistan.
