LAHORE: Leader of the opposition in the Senate and senior PPP Aitzaz Ahsan on Monday demanded that the real people behind the Dawn story be identified and said former information minister Pervaiz Rashid was made a sacrificial lamb by the government.

The PPP senator’s statements come a day after Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar said Pervaiz Rashid did not stop the publication of Dawn’s story on a high-level meeting.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that all those named in the Panama Leaks must be made accountable.
He said that the rulers wanted to save their government instead of national security.
