FAISALABAD: Six persons including two women were killed in separate incidents in and around Faisalabad during the past 12 hours.
Police spokesman said here Saturday that Muhammad Shaban, resident of Chak No 201-RB, and Afzal Pehalwan, resident of Lalian, received critical injuries in different road accidents and died in hospitals while receiving medical treatment.
In other incident, over two years old Alisha was killed after falling down from rooftop of her house in Samanabad whereas the police recovered the body of an unknown young man from Afghan Abad near old Bakkar Mandi.
Similarly, a young man Arshad Naveed, resident of Naimat Abad, was killed after receiving serious injuries in a road mishap while a young woman Bushra Bibi ended her life in Khiyaban Garden.
Police took all the bodies into custody and started investigation.
