ISLAMABAD: Like in other parts of the world, the White Cane Day will be observed in various cities of Pakistan on Saturday (October 15, 2016) with a pledge to facilitate the blind people in all spheres of life.
In this connection, a seminar will also be organised at E-Block of Government National Special Education Centre Millat Town at 10am on Saturday.
