MULTAN: The Multan Waste Mnagement Company (MWMC) has assigned duties of 1,930 sanitary officials and workers for cleanliness at procession routes on daily basis from Muharram 1-10 in the city.
According to official sources, a control room and centreswould be set up to reslovecompalints regarding cleanliness at procession routes.
Senior Manager Operation MWMC FaheemLodhi while talking to APP said leaves of sanitary workers had been cancelled on Muharram 9 and 10 while special monitoring of the staff would also be ensured.
