Setback to PTI: PAT rules out even token participation in ‘Raiwind March’

LAHORE, Sept 27 (INP): Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) refused to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) march on Raiwind against the allaged corruption of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, which is scheduled for September 30.

PAT Secretary General Khurrum Nawaz Gandapoor says that they were against holding political demo outside anyone’s house before and are against any such move even today.

He said that Imran’s statement regarding PAT chief Dr Tahirul Qadri showed his immaturity. He said that there was an anger among PAT workers against Imran due to the statement.

He ruled out even token participation by PAT in Raiwind March, saying that PTI did not hold any consultation with PAT before announcing schedule of the march.

He said that their leader always preached morality and they were against holding demonstration outside anyone house.
