LAHORE: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Monday challenged in Lahore High Court the arrests of PTI political workers ahead of Raiwind March by Punjab Police in Lahore.
PTI stated in its petition that workers are being harassed by Punjab Police ahead of Raiwind March. It has also been pleaded in the petition to stop Punjab Police from arresting and harassing party workers.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan will hold Raiwind March on September 30 and he also invited all political parties to participate in the march. —INP
