MIANWALI: A Pakistan Air Force drone crashed in the outskirts of Mianwali on Monday, police said.
The reason for the crash has not been confirmed and no damage to property was reported. Rescue teams have been dispatched to the site. A spokesman of PAF said there was no loss of life on ground. He said the plane was on routine training mission. He said the Air Headquarters has constituted an inquiry board for investigation into the incident.
This is the second PAF aircraft, which has crashed over the past week. Before PAF Jet Aircraft F-7PG crashed in Khyber Agency’s Jamrud tehsil on Saturday due to a technical fault. —INP
