LAHORE: Secretary General, Jamaat-e-Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has said that India has gone mad in her war fever and its desire for supremacy in the region but the Pakistani nation will give a befitting reply to any Indian aggression. He was addressing the office bearers of a Union Council in the city on Friday.

The JI central leader said that the nation would sink its internal differences and support the armed forces in case of any adventure by New Delhi.

Liaqat Baloch said that the Kashmiris freedom movement had reached a decisive stage and India had resorted to malicious propaganda against this country and terrorism.

He said that India had managed the Uri attack to divert world opinion from the Kashmir situation but failed as it had already been fully exposed before the world.

He said that Azad Kashmir was the base camp for the Kashmir liberation movement and the Kashmiri leadership should stand united.

He called for breaking diplomatic and trade ties with India and for intensifying the diplomatic war against India under a national Kashmir policy.
