National hockey team pulled socks up to take on opponents in Olympic qualifying rounds via joining training camp for 30-member squad established in Islamabad.

Trainers emphasised physicial training in the first phase and later focused on enhancing players’ skills for penalty strokes and goal keeping while footages were also played of matches played in four-country tournament held in Australia.
