ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that fifteen thousand loan applications have been approved while twenty thousand applications were under consideration by the PM Youth Business Loan Scheme.
He said that rate of markup would be reduced from eight to six percent in the next fiscal year for the scheme. Dar announced to provide internship to fifty thousand unemployed graduates. He said that twelve thousand rupees will be given as stipend to the internees.
He said that seventy thousand laptops had been disbursed among the outstanding students.
