CHAMAN: Friendship Gate at Pak-Afghan border remained close on third consecutive day on Sunday causing suspension of trade activities between two countries.
Dialogues between the officials of the two countries failed last day. Second phase of the dialogues could not be started yet. Long queues of vehicles could be seen at both sides of the border.
The Friendship Gate was closed after Pakistani flag set on fire by Afghan tribesmen on August 18.
