Disqualification case: ECP issues notice to PM Nawaz

Election Commission of Pakistan has issued notice to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in disqualification case here on Wednesday.

As per details, Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Raza Khan conducted the hearing over petitions filled by different political parties seeking PM’s disqualification.

During the hearing, Latif Khosa said Prime Minister’s sons Hussain and Hassan Nawaz were under aged at the time when offshores companies were formed. PM misinformed the information regarding sales of his steel mill and purchase of flats in London.

PM also didn’t mentioned offshores companies in his nomination papers, he added.

After completing the arguments, ECP chief issued notice to PM Nawaz for September 6 hearing.
