HYDERABAD: The people foiled a bid to abduct a child and held the kidnapper who was later handed over to police here on Sunday.
Railways police said that a suspicious person who claimed to be government official tried to kidnapped a minor near Sabzi Mandi locality of Hyderabad.
The local people apprehended the accused and handed him over to police after sound thrash.
